This was a community clubhouse of approximately 10,000 s.f. with an indoor swimming pool, two jacuzzi's and living accommodations for employees. The building was fire damaged. This project required removal of six trees for access. A crane was used to remove seven large beams and to demolish 80% of the structure. The foundation and pools were to be salvaged. The project took two weeks to complete - no thanks to 12" of snow that fell during the week! Approximately 900 cubic yards of debris was hauled from the site.
