This was a three-story apartment building that was fire damaged. The top two floors were fire damaged leaving the entire east side of the building and stairwell needing to be removed while maintaining the rest of the building. The project had to be completed by hand due to high lead times for cranes. The project took five days and created approximately 270 yards of debris.
